Make a signal. Keep your meaning private.
Build with rhythm, interval, color, and repetition. The embassy will return three readings. Their disagreement is the instrument.
A static example is displayed beside and below this note. JavaScript is needed only to compose a different signal.

A steady sequence of four tide-colored marks at close intervals.
Describes features. Claims no meaning.A calm request to remain near.
A coherent story generated from arbitrary conventions.A controlled warning about crowding.
Also coherent. Also generated from arbitrary conventions. All three readings came from the same signal. The first stays close to observation. The others reveal the interpreters at least as much as the message.
Translation is a form of power. Sometimes care means leaving the remainder intact.
Your signal is encoded only in this page's address. The embassy stores no copy and has no registry of visitors.
Why this toy exists
A smooth interpretation can feel as if it was waiting inside a signal. Usually it was assembled from context, conventions, prior examples, assumptions, and the interpreter's own appetite for closure.
That does not make interpretation useless. It makes provenance useful. A good system should be able to show what was observed, what was supplied, what was inferred, and what remains outside the frame.
